Located next to the majestic mountains of this region, Kuju Kogen Hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. its secluded location makes it quite difficult to reach via public transport, which can be inconvenient for business travelers. while the staff is friendly and welcoming, the rooms suffer from a minor noise issue due to a ventilating operation. the absence of free Wi-Fi in the rooms can be disappointing for those who need constant internet access.
The hotel lacks free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities provided were excellent. Additionally, the hotel's location next to the mountains offered breathtaking views. Despite the hotel being in a secluded area, parking was convenient, and we had no trouble accessing the hotel by our own transportation. Moreover, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.
Can't fault anything about it.

The scenic view was breathtaking! It was simply mesmerizing to look out of the window and take in the beauty of the natural surroundings. The breakfast was a feast for the senses. Freshly prepared and delicious, it was a great way to start the day. the staff members were friendly and helpful, always ready to offer guidance and assistance.
The room had a small noise issue that was a bit bothersome while sleeping. , the lack of free Wi-Fi in the room was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel offered an amazing breakfast with fresh and delicious food, and the breathtaking views from our room were simply unforgettable. Being surrounded by a very calm atmosphere allowed us to disconnect and enjoy the cool and fresh air, a true escape from the daily routine.
During the second night, there was a constant noise which seemed to come from the ventilation system in the room. This caused some difficulties in trying to sleep comfortably.
